I went back and found your old post. It looks like you were looking for NDA7562B all ready as you said that is the # the dealer gave you. NDA7562B is for the 5 speed trans per the new Holland web site.
Have you tried 9N7562 that is listed for the 4 speed on the new Holland web site. If not call 877-260-3528 (Messick's a new Holland dealer in Pa.) and ask them to measure 9N7562. They show having 1 in stock. That way you will know if it is the correct spring before you order it.
If that does not help you might try e-mailing John Smith 8N (google his name) and ask him as he knows those shermans very well. He may even have the part you need.
