It was removed the first time because the original poster (jeffcat) used "a$$" to bypass the swear filter. If this type of posting continues he will lose his posting privileges. This is a family-friendly site for all ages.
The second prison thread was removed because someone with a political agenda insisted it was deleted due to the site owners / moderators / people who find swearing offensive - waking up on the "Left coast". This is an ignorant and false statement. If this type of statement continues he will lose his posting privileges.
If a thread is removed there is a good reason. Moderation is not open for public discussion out of respect for those being moderated (whether they deserve respect or not). However, anyone can email me anytime via the "Feedback" link in the left-hand menu of the main site to ask about the removed thread.
