It looks like it is post and beam. I vote save it. I have an old barn in NH, that has to be well over 250 years. I have a new roof on it, I replace a floor beam now and then. I jack a up a few parts of the main floor from underneath now and then. I spray for bugs. A few years ago I decided to do some straightening up. I got some 1/2 inch steel cable and end fittings, a heavy duty chain come along, some 7/8 inch eye bolts, and some extra chain. I just figure out where I need to pull it together in order to straighten out some lean, drill holes for the eye bolts, with a piece of heavey plate on the back side, then put the eye bolts through with chain to the come a long. Once I get it where I want it I put cable in and take up from the chain with a turn buckle. Works for me.
