I just recently demolished a much, much smaller building. I tried several times over the years to straighten it up and make it nice and level again. and somewhat succeeded each time, only to have it start leaning again. Finally gave up and started to tear it down, thinking I would salvage most of the lumber and reuse it to build a new building. It was not to be. Every stick of lumber in that building was either totally rotten, or had at least 3 nails in every square inch. I cremated it and buried the ashes.
