I guess things are different in different places but with places I've rented Feb 1st was usually the rent due date and if I didn't pay by Feb 1st I was out period.In my state whatever improvements are made to real property like a building becomes the property of the landowner if the lease is broken by the person leasing the property.So why would the lime or even the planted crop be different?
