You need to post over on the hauling forum the actual locations you need to go from and to. The someone can give you what they want to haul it for. A semi will need $3.5-4 per loaded mile for an entire load. Your planter would be a partial load and easily could be hauled on a pickup and trailer. So there fore you should be able to easily beat commercial hauling rates.
Being in CA makes it a little harder as the state laws there are A PAIN to deal with even as a smaller hauler. Neither of my pickups are legal in CA as they no longer have the stock exhaust on them. Hook a trailer on them and the DOT can stop you. You mays well be in Hawaii as far as me hauling anything to you. LOL
