Well Don pointed out the first thing your should do the NEXT time is to never dump mineral into a mill when it is stopped. You slug fed the auger. There should be a clean out door on the side of the bin/tube. I do not remember exactly where it is but I do know there is one. I have owned several NH 353 mills. I now have a NH 358 and it is a little different in that area. You should also turn the auger backward to loosen up the plug. You can do this from the front. Rock it back and forth. IF you keep trying the PTO even with the shear bolt breaking your going to break something. Loosen the auger up by hand first.
