I pulled into the driveway this morning around 4:30 and the rabbits scattered, but didn't go too far. I went in and got the pellet gun. I'll admit I'm a lousy shot but when the dam thing lets me get within 10 feet after shooting at it from farther away and missing, well then it's an easy shot.
Found out on Monday I got a baby with the lawnmower too... saw a little tuft of fur on the next pass. Come hell or high water I'm gonna wittle down the bunny population this summer. Hope to work on the grackles too.
