The way I fix my mower decks is, have it sandblasted, careful they don't get sand in the bearings. If it needs welding do it, give it a good soaking of Ospho, when its dry coat it with 'Bed liner in the can. Before using it spray it good vith Fluid Film. Its vorked fur me in keeping down the rust.
