I had the clamp that holds the rubber connector tube onto the turbo break. I got a new one and put it on. They all have a spring under the nut that you put your wrench on to tighten the clamp. I expect that means that you don't completely compress the spring or you would be in effect eliminating it. is the spring there to take up a little expansion as everything heats up?
