An Accelerator is nothing more than an add on if you use windows live for email it will show up on your accelerator list it has probably been disabled just click on it if its disabled it will only show enable and remove click enable. Windows 8.1 Internet Explorer 11 here's a video that will help. you have to have administrative account to make changes. Be careful read the options you choose to update your computer with.
