That logic doesn't work out. If the price of food were to skyrocket because all the land being planted was owned by the BTO's then our politicians would have to get off the dime and step in. If not they would have rioting in the streets by everyone, not just poor people of one race or another. And that could affect the next election. Trust me. They are more concerned, all parties that is, with getting reelected than in doing what's right.
