Like any lock nut with a plastic insert it is a one time use nut. With this kind of torque you have to take into account thread stretch.
Ford went to the trouble of marking the rotor listing as needs new nut for replacement. They did not bury the print on the back page of a ford only manual; They went to the expense of having the words stamped on the nut.
You can buy new nuts at rock auto for less than $15 each or get them from auto zone for less than $20. If you use the old nuts and they fail we are talking major catastrophe.
And you are asking me to recommend that it is OK to use the old nuts. While they are not torque to yield nuts I would still replace them.
