Good job. I never could understand why the same people were always the ones that got to work 5 minutes late. I've told them the clock is always the same and all they had to do was change their schedule 10 minutes and they would be 5 minutes early.
When I was working a real job I had a 50 mile one way commute. I got the attendance award 4 years in a row. I worked a lot of OT and had to work a lot of days that everyone else got off. The company "rewarded" those of us with perfect attendance by catering a meal that was served at the office cafateria. It was always served on our day off so I never attended. It pi$$ed off the personnel manager so I made sure not to be on time one day a year.
