Hi In Manitoba you can file a claim and if you don't like the deal you can back out, My dad did this with his van after he had a misjudgment, backing up one day. I wouldn't think there is frame damage from whats seen and said, looks like everything else is good for paint and stuff. If they write that off somebodys going to buy that for maybe 10% of it's value, repair it and be driving or selling a nice truck cheap. Look into it more as others have said. if it would pass safety checks after it was repaired, you can't find nice trucks for the money they will pay, you might fix it for the extra or less you got to put with their money, It's not game over yet from my thinking..
