Tiger, My opinion for what its worth... 250AS is 24 PTO HP. I had a Kubota 245DT at 22 PTO HP. I ran a 48" inch tiller. Good combo assuming the soil was moist. Kubota had a nice low gear and it had 3 PTO speeds if you really wanted to spin it 540/720/1000.
You are adding another foot and only 2 hp. You might be on the edge for HP unless you have heavy clay soil. Slow gearing and nice soil may make the difference.
In my heavy clay soil, my 6 foot tiller can bark my tractor now and then at 52 PTO HP in new till sod. In previously tilled gardens the tractor has plenty of power.
