5ft tiller is a lot for a Belarus 250,but it will run it,long stroke 2 cyl. diesel,has the torque.You probably will have to make several passes,starting shallow cuts,then each time a little deeper.The tractor does not have a live pto,but it does have a low low reduction gear that will make it work.
