You probably won't figure out what their cost is... unless by chance. I stumbled into that yesterday with an item I was ordering for the fire dept.... but that's not a frequent thing. The way I look at it, price discovery is a chore for some people and a blood sport for others. For most sales people, especially on commission... it's a blood sport to see what they can get from you. The older I get the more I enjoy the sport of it... Call them all and see what they want or visit them... then call far away and see what you can get it for... and if you can get a better deal and you don't think you need a local dealer... go get it. Or use it to bring someone local into line. lol
