Do you know where your pictures are located? For example, they might be at "C:\Users\Harvey\My Documents\My Pictures" or "Libraries\My Documents\My Pictures" (which is probably the same place, except the latter is a shortcut to the first). If you don't actually know where on your filesystem your pictures are stored, you'll need someone to help you out with that.
Normally, when you go to upload files using a web-based application, the application will bring up some sort of file manager dialog. However, that dialog may not open the same directory (or even the same device) where your targeted files are located. You need to navigate to the correct directory (or "folder" in Windows terms) before you can select your files.
Hint: Two dots (..) is shorthand for the parent directory.
Upload one or more videos to your post. Photo filesizes should be less than 300K and Videos, less than 2MB. Formats allowed are gif, jpg, png, ogg, mp4, mov, and avi. Be sure to use filenames without spaces or special characters, and filetypes of 3 digits lower case.
