I've never had a customer accuse me of mowing too slow or milking a job....most are amazed at what my outfit will cut in an hour. I'm very clear with them that if I find rocks or obstacles it will slow me down. I advertise that I will beat any written quote by 20%, only time that happened I made more than what I would have charged them anyway :lol:
