Instead of calling my hitch a quick hitch, I'm calling it an easy hitch, because it's easy to make and easy to use. BTW, a fast hitch from Rural King for a cat 1 3 pt is only 27 1/4 wide. My grader blade is 27.5 plus it needs another inch for the 1/2 flared ends on pins. The top connector won't work on my 5 year old grader blade either. I made a dog bone for mine. So I really didn't have an option except to make one. Having an hydraulic top connector isn't an option either, Jubilee doesn't have remote hydraulics.
