15.5 x 38...was a factory option on the hi-clearance models. It makes this one point downhill a little because I don't have the tall front spindles. 16.9 or 18.4 x 28 was the standard. If Allis had made the 38's standard they would have sold a lot more tractors IMHO. I have a 175D with 18.4 x 30's which is nice. I think the 30's were just an option on the 185's. I also have one with 18.4 x 34's...not a factory option, but I got a good deal on the tires and rims and the tractor already had tall front spindles.
