When I list something it's for sale. Someone calls and says they are coming for it on a certain day I consider it sold unless they call back and cancel. If there a no show it's on the market. I could care less is 2 or more guys show up at the same time. I've had guys I've told I got someone on the way to look right now. If they said look, not I'll take it I'll tell them to come look to. Both show up at the same time we may have an auction :lol: . Not really but I bet one says I'll take it real quick.
