Funny you should mention HF jacks. I have one of their older orange colored jacks that I have had for many years. I bought it when they first opened their store in my area. The only thing that was ever wrong with it is that it will not go down slowly. No matter how carefully or slowly you twist the handle, it doesn't go down until all of a sudden it drops rapidly. For that reason, I never really liked it. BUT....it has been sitting outside in my driveway for at least 5 years, and still works just the same as it always did. I was really hoping for a reason to replace it. {{{sigh}}}
