A great time of year to spiff up the old homestead place. With a little imagination just think how she can look. A little rerouting of the creek, some nice mature pines along the driveway, A nice trellis over the entranceway, little putting green in the front lawn always adds to the ambiance, mix in a little local vegetation. Don't forget that the grand kids would love a nice pool out back. Don't forget the flowers and if they need a shady place, Royal Palms work great in providing just the right amount. Be careful when searching for a rose that you don't overlook an orchid. I almost forgot----If there is a mountain in your way you just cut a notch in the side of it and drive around it.
