When I worked at the truck dealer there was a really old metal framework out back with a tin roof on it. This had IIRC 2 chain hoists in it. You pulled under it and chain hoisted the front of the truck up and pulled the others out from under it and so on. I left there right about the time Navistar streamlined the fronts of the trucks so I don't know how it would work on these new plastic front end models but the old ones with metal bumpers and tow hooks it was pretty easy to get an attachment point.
