It was all IH growing up. I never saw a green anything with the exception of planters and drills. I don't farm in the area where I grew up. Around here green is king. The dealer is good. They almost make it worth paying the prices that you have to for everything. I still own some older IH but do farming work with green. I have plans to upgrade my chore tractor next year. I will go with a nice low hour older IH (966 probably). I can fix about everything on them and the Internet has made dealers unnecessary where parts are concerned. With a chore tractor I can make do if I need to wait a couple days for a part. I'm not getting rid of anything so I will have backups.
