That's not factory so it will be hard to find a starter I would think. You'll have to look around at some old starters and see which one has the mounting holes directly across from each other. Not sure if a Farmall H starter would fit but maybe. I have seen starter ring gears put on the belt pulley of an F12 before.
If it were mine I would put the factory flywheel, clutch and bellhousing back on it. Those parts aren't hard to find...
