A 4WD tractor is one where all the tires are the same size. It could be a rigid frame or articulated. Rigid 4WD tractors were more common in the past. Nearly all new 4WD tractors made these days are articulated.

MFWD/MFWA are different marketing terms for the same thing: Mechanical Front Wheel Drive/Assist. This describes a "conventional" (i.e. big wheels in back, small wheels in front) tractor with mechanically driven front wheels. In the past it was an afterthought/add-on, but most tractors these days are designed from the get-go for MFWD/MFWA.
