I have had this issue on two machines, once on a Kubota tractor and once on a Zero turn mower. Both times it was bugs in the fuel tank. One was a spider and the other was a wasp. The Kubota required a tank removal to get it cleaned out. The zero turn I was able to remove the fitting on the bottom of the tank and it flushed out.
The next time the Zetor dies, disconnect the line from the tank to the lift pump and see if you have fuel flow.
I now keep the fill nozzles on the overhead fuel tanks capped.
