Was corned beef and cabbage. The beef was tough, either boiled wrong or wrong cut of neat, in used to being a bit fatty and soft fall part chunks.
This was a thin slab cut across the grain, hard, gristly, dry.
Still was better than anything I could cook, I smiled at the help and wished then a good day. But then, I graduated with my server years ago. Fun to sb, the food is secondary......
