I worked in a Pontiac dealership where the parts manager would actually cross out the VIP [overnight order] status from the order form, even if the customer had already paid us for overnight freight...then the weasel would tell the customer that either the part went on backorder or that the wrong part got shipped and we had to reorder.
I worked for that lying sack of snake**** for 8 months, and I was glad to find an opening at another dealership and get out of there. That's NOT the way I do business. NOBODY should do business that way.
