Now would be the BEST time to tear down that house trailer. You have plenty of time to separate the materials, and are not under the gun to get it to the scrap yard before the prices drop. On the other hand, if you wait for prices to rise, you will then have to hurry to get it torn apart, organized, and hauled. And, in the time that you are working on it, prices could fall again.
