We have been farming with tractors since the late 20s. Ran JD, Oliver, Massey, IH, Versatile and MM. Always kept going back to JD because they had service and support. Out here in MT we not blessed with dealers every 20 miles of every color back then and now. I'll use your comparison. The 4020 might be twice as much but I have 5 different dealers at my disposal for anything I need. Same thing if I bought a IH 806. If I bought the Oliver, I would be on my own. I collect tractors from all brands except ford. But make a living with JD.
