It has been so long ago that I first heard that I do not remember who the president that was named in it was. I noticed this was not aimed at any particulat poiltician, which for me makes it just a general joke, and not disrespectful. Before anyone gets too upset about it, think about the fact that in some countries telling it would put you in prison, or even executed. Be thankful we have the freedom to joke about our politicians. I remember when Jokav Smirnof moved from USSR to USA and was on the Johnny Carson show, and in the discussion following his routine Johnny asked him if he could tell jokes like that about the leaders in Russia. Jokav replied "ONCE".
