You will find all the F series manuals lack torque values, because almost no one had torque wrenches, not even the dealers. And IH made all their own bolts to their standards. Use Oldirons advice on torquing the head. You will find hard studs in places like the head and rod caps, wheel attaching bolts, things like that. But most of the rest of them are somewhat better than grade 2 but lesser than grade 5.
