You should go to the funeral home and make your plans now. It is so much cheaper to make the plans when younger. Wife and I are 70 we made our plans 12 years ago. Wished we had done it 25 years earlier it would have been a lot cheaper. We got everything written down and if anyone wants to change anything they have to pay any difference there might be. I am going to college $800, wife is being cremated $1000. We wrote a check for both of us totaling $1800. Don't have to waste the land either. Everybody does their own thing. I do not try to tell people what to do, except do it early.
