Farmall has good suggestion also. In addition sometimes i unplug computer---remove battery an touch all keys to get rid of electricity that might be still in an also unplug modem for while. Also 8.1 for me is fine but did have a learning time . On totally different subject my wifes Jazzy power chair wouldnt work few days ago.It is suppose to show codes that tell what is wrong. Hers were all messed up an didnt make sense.I asked Jazzy store cost to repair!!!! Forty five dollars to diagnose.probably couple hundred if it needed parts. Long story 2 fellows here at rv park suggested to disconect batterys an let sit over night. I did it an next morning connected batteries an it works!! Needed to be rebooted same as computer.
