I set our 40 taps on Monday, today is the first boil. I got 22 gallons or so yesterday and looks like I may get another 15-20 by the end of today since it was so warm the sap ran slowly all night. We try to make 10 gallons of syrup per year on a 2x4 evaporator so a much smaller deal than you're working with. I have been enjoying seeing how you do it. Zach
