It took me about an hr. to replace the tracks on my Kubota KX41 last spring. I unscrewed the greese plug, took a short peice of 2x4 and used the bucket to push the front idler back, swung the boom to the side and lifted the track off the ground and fliped it off. Put the new track on the front idler and caught it over the drive sprocket and ran it on and then put the greese plug back in and pumped the adjuster full of greese again. Loren, the Acg.
