Have you checked the gear lash in the steering box? With a truck with low gears 4;56 the power steering pump is moving a lot of oil and the steering is more sensitive at road speeds and if the steering box gears are alittle loose it can cause this problem. Its there and its not. A screw driver and wrench is all you need to snug it up. This is what was wrong with my old Dodge truck and once I did this it solved the problem. Bandit
