I don't "have to" fix my coffee. I love to. I use the original 8'O'Clock in the red bag, whole bean (grind my own) from the "Great Atlantic and Pacific Tea company"......100% Arabica. Always smooth, never bitter. I jump out of bed, like 3:30 this AM to get the pot going.....no lie.....but really I had other things I wanted to get done so I got an early start. Same coffee my daddy served in his restaurant 60 years ago.
