I have a Samsung Convoy 2. I plug the USB cord into my computer (Windows 7 version). When the screen on the phone asks what USB mode you want, click USB Mass storage. When you do that and left click on the windows symbol at the lower left corner of the screen to get the start menu,when all the choices come up, left click on computer and the phone will show up as a removable disk. Double left click on that, and the window will show you 5 categories. One of them will be "my pictures" left click on that and you will be able to do what ever you want with your pictures.
