Something changed when they went to the liquid salt spray. Bridges all are coated white all winter long, and brown trails down off them where the stuff soaks off them. Didn't used to look that way.
Not saying that took out that bridge, but it is an issue.
That bridge had several issues that got it to the point of fail.
