I have to agree it is to high. I bought my 2003 Chevy 2500HD for $13 and change about 3 years or so back. It only had 58K miles.
8.1L engine, Allison 5 speed tranny, 4x4 with locking read diff, limited slip front, class 5 tow package and a goose-neck hitch with new tires all the way around.
So let me think about this one... 3 years newer, larger engine, 1/3 the miles and less than twice the cost and this thing should last me another 5-6 years.... Yup think that one it to high.
Not trying to be a smarty here as price does depend on your area. Gassers are cheaper here in MO than Diesels (those run to high used imho.
