But because of the 30's steering column, the steering wheel is more horizontal and hits you in the thigh when you want to stand up. The vertical wheel of the 20s is more suited to standing and driving, which I think is important for resting your back or just changing position for awhile. Our 730 is a awkward to stand and drive, while my A is good, though it has a metal seat, which leaves more foot room too. I guess the trade off is the difficulty removing the hood, but you only do that once in awhile vs wanting to stand up every time you run the tractor for any length of time.
