Those pics have been out for at lease a year now. I think those were custom builds for SEMA and not planned production models. Perhaps shown from companies offering conversion kits. Just google Camaro Firebird Conversion and you will see. Besides, the new Camaro model being developed and tested right now is the 2016 model, which should be available this summer. I doubt they would bring out a 2015 bird and then change it over in one year to the newest verison. The article is compelling, but I really don't see it happening at all. Pontiac no longer exists.
