801 is the series of the tractor. There is a number of models in that series. 821, 831, 841, 851, 861, 871 and 881. If you have the 861 that means you have a 2 stage clutch which gives it live PTO. As for the starter leak well if does not leak but that says the cotter pin drain on the bottom of the bell housing is clogged up and needs to be cleaned so oil etc can drain out of the bell housing. If you look under it you should see part of a cotter pin sticking out in the bottom of the bell housing. Clean that up with carb cleaner spray and it should then drain the oil that has built up in the bell housing
