Generally speaking, if a person is employed, it is better to pay debts with current cash flow and keep your savings intact. If you have set a goal to become debt free in a certain time period then starting with the debts which carry the smallest balances is a good way to make some quick progress and keep you motivated, unless there is some high interest balance that needs to be dealt with first.
