I'm with racsan - at the price you pay for one of those things can buy a whole lot of used truck instead.
Of course it depends on your exact needs, and there's a job for every tool...
...but overall I'd be willing to bet most people would get more bang for their buck out of a beater pickup with a much larger bed than a brand new gator.
